If you notice or are informed of an error with survey data entered by a study participant or site staff, contact the site. The site can update survey answers, participant ID associations , and event datetimes in ePRO.
Note: If the site is unable to perform the data change, they can submit a data change request. Only site administrators or site staff can submit data change requests. Requests submitted by sponsor staff won’t be processed.
